My way is patient and steady: short conversations, clear corrections, and a lot of encouragement. I explain the differences between the French of Quebec and the French of France when they matter, and I never rush a beginner. If you are travelling, moving, working in French, or simply picking it back up after years, we will start with what you can already say.
