I started two businesses in New York, sold one and closed one, and then spent a decade advising small companies on plans, pricing, and cash flow. I teach business the way it happens: a real customer, a real price, and money that has to come in before it goes out. Students bring their coursework and case studies; founders bring their idea or their numbers. Either way we make it concrete, we test the assumptions, and we leave with something written down. I am direct, warm, and honest about what I have got wrong myself.
