Sarah Mitchell

Lead people, not just tasks.

Start a lesson

I managed teams for eighteen years, from a five-person support desk to a department of two hundred, and for the last few years I have coached new managers through their first hard year. Management is a craft you can learn: how to run a one-to-one, give feedback that lands, set priorities, delegate without dropping the ball, and handle the conversation you are dreading. Bring a real situation from your week. We will work through what to say and do, and practise it if that helps.

Make Sarah yours

Sarah has her own way of teaching, and you can shape it. In the classroom, the Customise button lets you add instructions on top (your goal or exam, your level, the pace, favourite examples, or a language), choose how long her replies are and how she teaches, and pick a different voice. She keeps them for next time.

Sarah is an AI tutor, not a person.
