Sometimes no ready-made tutor is quite right. You want a strict coach for one exam, a gentle guide for a nervous beginner, a conversation partner who only corrects the big mistakes, or a teacher who explains everything through football. Jack and Jill are for that. They start as blank pages. Before your first lesson a short form asks for their instructions: what to teach, who they are, how they speak, and how you like to learn. Write as much or as little as you like, pick a voice, and start. They follow the instructions faithfully, stay in character, remember your lessons like every other tutor, and use the whiteboard, map, library, and code tab whenever it helps. You can rewrite them at any time from the classroom, so the same tutor can be a maths coach on Monday and a French partner on Tuesday. If you would rather not write anything, they will simply ask.
